It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Morgan Anderson Miller as an actor, dancer, singer, and overall performer! I have worked with Morgan over the last two years as her musical director and choir teacher at Shepherd Jr. High School in Arizona and can say without a doubt she is one of the most talented, gifted, and exceptional performers I have had the privilege of working with in my time as a music educator.
I knew Morgan was a remarkable individual from the first day I met her. She is one of those people and performers that radiates light, excellence, and kindness in everything that she does. I can easily say that she is one of the hardest workers and intentional performers I have ever met. She is always organized, extremely professional, and truly has a gift for the stage. She is a go getter, someone that can take direction, be a leader and thrive in stressful situations. She is passionate, hard-working, humorous, versatile, and someone that can be counted on in every situation. Morgan is extremely welcoming to all students, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to coach and mentor students so that they can also be successful. This trait really sets Morgan apart from other students and theatre professionals.
Morgan has many skill sets that make her an invaluable asset to any team. She is a beautiful dancer who captivates the stage any time she performs. You are truly drawn into her artistic ability, and you will find you can’t take your eyes off of her when she is onstage! Morgan also is an outstanding choreographer and understands what it takes to make a dance number strong and visually aesthetic. She is also an incredible singer with a powerful lower range and a gorgeous higher register. She has worked hard to develop her stunning mixed voice and is an extremely coachable and dedicated voice student. In addition, Morgan is also a great musician with accomplished sight-reading skills. She works diligently to continually improve her music literacy and theory understanding.
As an actor Morgan is truly phenomenal! She understands how important it is to truly connect and clearly communicate the material. Whether she is undertaking comedic or dramatic works and roles, Morgan constantly surprises us with her dedication to the theatrical arts and is able to make the audience feel a personal connection to any performance while creating meaningful artistic moments.
It has been a complete joy to teach and work with Morgan. She truly has a heart of gold and always gives her best effort. She is a gifted and beloved performer, and I have full confidence that many lives have been blessed because of her talent, passion, and kindness.
